  • Self-Funded Concession (full Time student, pensioner or unemployed) - $325.00 - Evidence of Commonwealth Concession Card or similar document

REFUNDS

Discounted tickets cannot be refunded - Safer Communities occasionally cancels public courses due to low numbers - in this instance a discount ticket holder must accept a reschedule to another session within 12 months of booking date.

 

Ticket holder can opt for an Automatic Reschedule or has 7 days from cancellation notification to select another program from our training calendar within 12 months of the booking date. Discount tickets can be left 'open dated' up to deadline of 12 months from booking date. ​​

RESCHEDULES

Regular ticket holders can request ONE fee-free reschedule of their training 7 or more days out from the first webinar date. Reschedules policy below applies to Discounted Tickets

Face to Face 2 Day courses delivered by our subcontractor MHFA Instructors - $4500.00

Safer Communities works with an extensive network of quality subcontractor Licenced MHFA Instructors around Australia with a range of backgrounds and experience - if you opt for a local instructor to your training location this will reduce costs like travel and accommodation fees.

Cancellations, refunds and reschedules policy

RESCHEDULES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS POLICY

Cancellations or reschedules by Safer Communities​

  • Blended Online Public Tickets - See ticket-type specific information above

  • Face to Face Public Tickets - Refund or Reschedule to next available training

  • All cancellations by Safer Communities will be notified by email to the email address supplied at registration

 

Reschedule Fees - Customer requested reschedules

  • More than 29 Days notice - No charge 

  • 28-15 Days notice - 35% (Private Course) or $125 (Public Course Ticket) 

  • Last 14 days (including No-Show) - 60% (Private Course) or $250 (Public Course Ticket)

  • 1 x free name change on any public ticket except Blended MHFA Courses where eLeaning has been comenced

Refunds - Customer requested cancellations

(Safer Communities will not refund any booking fees applied by third parties)

  • 29 Days or more - Full Refund*

  • 28 - 15 Days - 50% Refund*

  • 14-0 Days - Nil Refund

  • 1 x free name change on any public ticket except Blended MHFA Courses - the MHFA Australia eLearning component of training cannot be transferred - Name Change Fee applied - $120.00

 

*Special Note - All Blended MHFA Training

Safer Communities cannot refund the cost of for any MHFA Australia eLearning that has been commenced by a participant - The non-refundable amount is $120 (inc GST) . Even when Safer Communities cancels a public or private course - Participants have 1 Year to port their eLearning component to another Safer Communities Course or any Licenced MHFA Instructor in Australia
